Exchange Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your order, you may request an exchange for the same value as the original purchase price—this may be for a style, or The Living Edit store credit. The Living Edit store credit is valid for 365 days (1 year) from the date it is issued.

We offer a 14-day exchange window, meaning you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request an exchange for the same value as the purchase price. To qualify, items must be returned in the exact condition they were received: unused, unworn, with original tags intact, and in original packaging.

Please note: We do not offer returns. Returns are only accepted if an item is faulty upon delivery.

Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Custom-made orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, email us at connect@thelivingedit.com (using the email address linked to your purchase) and include your order number. If your exchange is approved, we will share the return address along with instructions on where and how to send your package.

Items shipped back without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. Once we receive and verify the exchanged item(s), we will dispatch the replacement size or style and ship it to you.

The Living Edit reserves the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet the requirements listed above. If your exchange is declined, the item will be returned to you at your cost, and no refund will be issued.

Damages and Issues

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. Email connect@thelivingedit.com with clear images of the damage, relevant details, and your order number in the subject line.
